Wash by hand in warm water, dry on edge, and re-oil when the surface starts to look grey. Never the dishwasher: heat and steam delaminate any glued board and it voids the guarantee. The oil, balm and cloth to do all of it come free in the box.
Free within the EU, 3–5 working days after the build. United Kingdom €24, United States and Canada €48, duties payable at import. Everywhere else quoted at checkout.
Ten years against splitting, cupping or delamination in normal domestic use. No registration needed: every board is numbered and we keep the record.

Cut from the same rack.

Every piece is built from timber that air-dried a year in our own yard, planed flat, bordered in mitred walnut, chamfered and sanded through to 320 grit before it takes three coats of oil.
