The Chef
€465520 × 380 × 50 mm · 5.8 kg
The largest scallop board, with routed side handles and brass feet.
The scallop mosaic the workshop is known for, closed with a mitred walnut border. One hundred and ninety-two blanks, cut from four species and glued on end.
Every piece is built from timber that air-dried a year in our own yard, planed flat, bordered in mitred walnut, chamfered and sanded through to 320 grit before it takes three coats of oil.
